These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the LuluPlay mobile application ("App", "Service", "we", "our", or "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About the Service

LuluPlay is a mobile application designed for parents and guardians to create a safe, controlled video viewing environment for children. The App is listed in the Kids category and is intended for children ages 5 and under, used under parental supervision.

• Parents search for and select videos for their children

• Children access only parent-approved content through child profiles

• All settings and content management require a parent PIN

2. Eligibility

The App is intended to be set up and managed by parents or legal guardians who are at least 18 years of age. Children may use the App only through profiles created and supervised by a parent or guardian.

By using the App, you confirm that you are a parent or legal guardian and are legally permitted to agree to these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Subscription Plans

LuluPlay offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

Prices are in USD and may vary by region. The applicable price will be displayed in the App before purchase.

3.2 Free Trial

New users receive a 3-day free trial to access all features. After the trial period, a subscription is required to continue using the App.

3.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3.4 Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings:

1. Open the Settings app on your device

2. Tap your Apple ID at the top

3. Tap Subscriptions

4. Select LuluPlay Premium and choose to cancel or change your plan

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

3.5 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. LuluPlay does not collect, store, or process any payment or credit card information. All billing inquiries should be directed to Apple.

4. User Responsibilities

When using LuluPlay, you agree that:

• You are responsible for selecting and managing video content available to children

• You will comply with all applicable copyright and intellectual property laws

• You will not misuse the App or attempt to interfere with its operation

• You will not use the App for unlawful or harmful activities

• You are responsible for configuring parental controls and supervising children's use

5. Third-Party Content

The App allows parents to search for and stream video content from third-party platforms. This content is provided by external services and is not owned or hosted by LuluPlay.

• LuluPlay does not own or control third-party video content

• Availability of third-party content may change at any time

• External platforms have their own terms and policies

LuluPlay is an independent application and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any external video platform.

6. Video Streaming

The App provides features that allow videos to be streamed for viewing within the App. Videos are not stored on the device. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate rights or permissions to access any content through the App.

7. Parental Controls

LuluPlay includes parental control features such as:

• PIN-protected parent area

• Child profile management

• Playlist-based viewing

• Restricted playback controls

Parents are responsible for configuring these settings and supervising children's use of the App.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and functionality, is the property of LuluPlay and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

• Use the App in a way that violates intellectual property rights

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee that the App will always be available or error-free. We may:

• Modify or discontinue features

• Release updates or improvements

• Temporarily suspend access for maintenance or technical reasons

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuluPlay and its developers shall not be liable for:

• Content accessed through third-party services

• Service interruptions or technical issues

• Loss of data or device problems

• Improper use of parental control settings

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data. Our Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted with a revised Last updated date. Continued use of the App after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Apple's Standard EULA

In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
